Product Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, returned food items are not accepted once they have been delivered.
If you believe there is an issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged package, a defective product, or the wrong item—please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved in the following cases:

Refund Exclusions

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within one hour of confirmation.

Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation will not be possible.
